Our Experience
Today, ACTT is home to over 65 highly skilled staff and remains the largest hospital‑based clinical trials network of its kind in New Zealand.
We deliver high-quality clinical trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas, ensuring research is inclusive, relevant, and impactful for communities across Aotearoa New Zealand.

Our Model
ACTT is an independent charitable trust delivering both commercial and grant‑funded research in partnership with Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora.
As a not‑for‑profit organisation, any reserves generated are reinvested to grow research capability and capacity, support investigator‑initiated studies and strengthen future clinical research in New Zealand.
Purpose - To improve the health of all New Zealanders by expanding access to world-class clinical trials.
Vision - A nationally connected, globally regarded clinical trials partner transforming health outcomes for every community in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Mission - To deliver high-quality, participant-centred clinical trials at speed, embedded in New Zealand’s public hospitals, and enabled by best-practice trial management and robust, reliable data.
